DHH Published Laws, Regulations and Policies on Chinese Enterprises Investing Overseas

Recently, Laws, Regulations and Policies on Chinese Enterprises Investing Overseas (Book Code: ISBN978-988-14682-3-3) which is compiled and printed by DHH published in Hong Kong.

Early in 2017, Suggestions on Developing Foreign Legal Services was printed and distributed by Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce and Legal Affairs Office of the State Council. It comprehensively arranged for the development of foreign legal services and proposed four main tasks including “Providing Legal Services for Important State Development Strategy like The Belt and Road etc.” and “Provide Legal Services for Chinese Industries and Individuals Aiming to Invest Abroad”.

Based on this background situation, DHH set up a working group consisting of the members of International Service Center. The group searched and sorted Laws, Regulations and Policies promulgated by MOFCOM, National Development and Reform Commission, State Administration of Industry and Commerce, State Administration of Taxation and National Bureau of Foreign Affairs, compiled and printed Laws, Regulations and Policies on Chinese Enterprises Investing Overseas (2017 edition) and published it in Hong Kong.

The book is based on 2015 edition, deleted clauses which are no longer in force and added new laws and regulations. It refers to the classification of the law database of MOFCOM, classifies the laws and regulations into five sections including Policy Support, Business Supervision, Tax Management, Finance Management, Exchange Management and Rights Protection, and order them by time line. It is greatly convenient for industries which are going to invest abroad and searching laws and regulations. The book protects industries well in the process of investing abroad.
